युवा दिवस पर योग अनुसंधान परिषद में सूर्य नमस्कार

भोपाल। आज स्वामी विवेकानंद जी की जयंती को युवा दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। इस अवसर पर योग क्षेत्र में कार्य कर रही अग्रणी संस्था योग अनुसंधान परिषद में भी विशाल सूर्य नमस्कार का कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। इस सामूहिक कार्यक्रम में योग साधक एवं साधिकाओं ने एकसाथ परिषद के प्रांगण में सूर्य नमस्कार की क्रियाएं कीं। योग अनुसंधान परिषद के अध्यक्ष सिकंदर अहमद ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि सूर्य नमस्कार मन व शरीर दोनों को तंदुरुस्त रखने वाला आसन है। यदि आपके पास समय की कमी है और आप चुस्त दुरुस्त रहना चाहते हैं तो प्रतिदिन प्रात:काल सूर्य नमस्कार के आसन कम से कम 3 से पांच बार लगा लें। आप दिनभर स्वस्थ महसूस करेंगे। इस अवसर पर योगाचार्य केएम त्रिपाठी, योगाचार्य मनोज छाबड़ा और योगाचार्य सीमा धीमान व जानकी भदौरिया उपस्थित थीं। भवदीय निशांत शर्मा महासचिव
